Why "Verses of Meraki"? We thought of having a book title which can readily express how we both feel as creatives. 'Meraki" is actually a Greek word meaning to do something with soul, creativity, or love; to put something of yourself in your work. To love what you do, is to do it well. As authentic creatives, we believe that we should always be passionate in what we do and if we do anything with love, it will love us back. The idea of having the Aurora Borealis as backdraft of our book connotes the mystical depiction of "Meraki." We believe that verses and lyrics affect eternity and like the Aurora Borealis, it lightens up the weary sky and makes everything come alive again! Delve into the verses our muses prompted us to write and get enchanted as you step into our Meraki Universe!
